FieldForge ("App") is operated by Funstar Digital ABN 30 577 818 671 ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, business name, and password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication).

Business Data: Quotes, invoices, customer details, job records, and other business data you enter into the App.

Usage Data: Anonymous usage statistics to help us improve the App (feature usage counts, error reports).

Payment Data: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's features and functionality.
• To send transactional emails and SMS on your behalf (e.g., quotes, invoices, reminders).
• To process payments through Stripe when you enable online payments.
• To provide customer support.
• To improve the App based on anonymous usage patterns.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) with encryption at rest and in transit. Data is hosted in Australian regions where available. We implement industry-standard security measures including authentication, access controls, and encrypted communications.

5. Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase: Authentication, database, cloud functions, hosting.
• Stripe: Payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy).
• Resend: Transactional email delivery.
• Twilio: SMS message delivery.
• Anthropic (Claude AI): AI-powered quote analysis (data is not stored by the AI provider).

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above as necessary to provide the App's features.

7. Your Rights

• Access: You can view all your data within the App at any time.
• Export: You can export your quotes and invoices as PDF documents.
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data from the Account settings page. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Correction: You can update your business and personal information at any time through the App.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or by email.
