Terms of Service — FieldForge

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FieldForge mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FieldForge is a business management tool for field service professionals. It provides quoting, invoicing, job management, customer management, and related features. The App is provided by Funstar Digital ABN 30 577 818 671 ("we", "us", "our").

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

FieldForge offers free and paid subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise).
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You will be directed to a secure Stripe-hosted checkout page to complete payment.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand through your account settings.
Refund requests can be made by contacting support@fieldforge.com.au within 14 days of a charge.

5. Payment Processing

Online payment processing is provided by Stripe. When you connect a Stripe account, you also agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. FieldForge does not store or process credit card information directly.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App.
We store your data securely using Google Firebase infrastructure.
You can export or delete your data at any time through the App.
Account deletion permanently removes all associated data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to attempt to interfere with the App's operation or security.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, FieldForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
