How do I set up online payments?
Go to Settings > Integrations > Payments and tap "Set Up Payments". You'll be guided through connecting your Stripe account. Money goes directly to your bank account.
Can my customers pay invoices online?
Yes! Once you've connected Stripe, you can add a payment link to any invoice. Your customers pay by card through a secure Stripe checkout page.
How do I send quotes to customers?
After creating a quote, tap the share button to send it via email or SMS. Your customer receives a link where they can view, accept, or decline the quote online.
Does FieldForge work offline?
Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device. Create quotes, manage jobs, and track customers even without reception. Everything syncs when you're back online.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Account > Subscription to see available plans. Tap the plan you want and you'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to complete payment.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account > Danger Zone > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any important documents first.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Google Firebase infrastructure. Payment data is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
